About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and schedules
- Lead and motivate site engineers, technicians, and workers to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Efficiently utilize manpower, materials, and equipment
- Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and identify delays or bottlenecks
- Address technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions
- Ensure project activities comply with established quality standards and procedures (QMS)
- Implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe work culture
- Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure contractual compliance
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering projects, power plants, or electrical substations
- Hands on experience in construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Proven management and supervisory experience

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in civil engineering projects, power plants, or electrical substations.
- Experience in Gulf countries and/or India is highly desirable.
Technical Skills And Project Experience
- Hands on experience in construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Well versed in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Practical knowledge in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Risk Management, Subcontractor Management, and Project Execution and Monitoring.
- Experience in power plants and substations including electrical installation, cable laying, transformer erection, switchgear installation, and testing is highly preferred.

- Managing and Supervising Site Activities: Overseeing daily operations at the project site and ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and schedules.
- Team Leadership: Guiding and motivating site engineers, technicians, and workers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
