About the Role
Seeking an experienced Power Transformer Electrical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience to handle end-to-end electrical design of power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class.

Responsibilities
- Design power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class
- Prepare electrical design calculations and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Prepare customer technical submittals
- Review and verify manufacturing and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, QA, Suppliers, and Customers
- Ensure compliance with IEC and ANSI standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in power transformer electrical design
- Experience with disc winding, foil winding, CTC conductors
- Experience with hermetically sealed and conservator type transformers
- Experience with On Load Tap Changer (OLTC)
- Strong knowledge of short circuit, cooling, impulse, and loading calculations
- Working knowledge of IEC and ANSI standards
- Proficiency in DesDT / iTRACS or equivalent transformer design software
- Awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design of power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class
- Preparation of electrical design calculations and Bill of Materials (BOM)

Technical Requirements
