Hexcel is currently seeking an Electrical and Controls Project Engineer for our Duxford, UK location.

Support maintenance, project, and process activities to improve safety and production efficiency.

Lead continuous improvement projects from concept through to implementation.

Develop electrical and control system specifications for manufacturing equipment.

Create and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and control documentation.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Support site breakdowns and restore production in a timely manner.

Participate in technical support call-out rota to minimise downtime.

Propose and implement control system improvements across the site.

Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders and management.
