EHS Manager

Job Description

What You Will Do

• Lead the site EHS safety committee and participate on the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop and enhance the facility EHS Management System and manage EHS planning and performance improvement.
• Conduct inspections, assessments, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up on identified concerns.
• Coordinate compliance records, agency responses, permits, licenses, and required reports.
• Work with engineering on equipment and process changes to reduce safety hazards and environmental impact.
• Deliver EHS training and manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote a high-performance EHS culture and maintain policies, procedures, and responsibilities.

What You Need

• One to three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
• Effective presentation and training abilities with strong oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional project execution.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to learn other software.

Compensation

• The expected starting salary is $98,000 to $122,500, with a full base-pay range of $98,000 to $147,000 depending on qualifications and location.
• The position may be eligible for an annual incentive plan and includes health and welfare benefits.
