Apprentice Academy Trainer

A relevant engineering qualification or be willing to work towards level 2 and 3 qualifications.

Previous experience in delivering training would be desirable.

Able to deliver positive outcomes, work to deadlines and meet the required timelines.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Demonstrates enthusiasm to develop apprentices and be a good role model.

Good IT literacy skills.

Willing to travel to other sites and work flexibly, a full driving licence is therefore essential.

Willing to undertake in continuous professional development (CPD). This may include qualification as an assessor, teaching qualifications, safeguarding and first aid training.

Must undertake a DBS check.

Must be able to supply two work related references
