The Food (Egg) Processor will work as part of the team ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are followed.

of an Food (Egg) Processor will include transferring ungraded eggs from carts or pallets to the loader; complete and record grade checks as required; packing eggs on carts or into boxes; and work area clean up.

The individual in this position will assist in shipping if required stamping boxes and palletizing product .

The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Weekend and holiday work may be required based on operational requirements.

• Transferring un-graded eggs from carts or pallets to the loader unit
• Recording of wash water temperature and ph balance cleaning buffers
• Pack eggs on carts or into boxes egg grade checks
• Loading and unloading of eggs and packing supplies
• Cleaning and sweeping of buildings
• Cleaning equipment and egg related areas
• Building pallets for shipping to the breaker plant
