Role Overview
The Egg Truck Driver/Egg Processor will work as part of the team ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are followed. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, the position will be 12-15 hours per week driving, the remaining hours will be helping in the plant as an Egg Processor or Shipper.

Summary
The Egg Truck Driver/Egg Processor will work as part of the team ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are followed. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, the position will be 12-15 hours per week driving, the remaining hours will be helping in the plant as an Egg Processor or Shipper.
Schedule
- The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Weekend and holiday work may be required based on operational requirements.
Position Accountabilities
Transferring un-graded eggs from carts or pallets to the loader unit
Recording of wash water temperature and ph balance cleaning buffers
Pack eggs on carts or into boxes egg grade checks
Loading and unloading of eggs and packing supplies
Cleaning and sweeping of buildings
Cleaning equipment and egg related areas
Building pallets for shipping to the breaker plant
Weighing, listing, and labelling of pallets when completed
Pick-up and deliver eggs and packaging supplies
Oversee daily pre-trip inspection and cleanliness of truck
Accept money from stores for cash sales
