- Convert inquiries into admissions through consultative selling.
- Manage the complete student admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and working professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, Student Recruitment Consultant, Course Advisor, or Education Sales Consultant
- Proven experience in selling Degree Programs, Diploma Programs, Professional Certifications, Executive Education, Higher Education, Online Learning, or Training Courses
- Experience working with Training Institutes, Universities, Colleges, EdTech Companies, or Higher Education Providers
- Excellent student counselling, admissions, telesales, lead conversion, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle 95–100 outbound calls daily and achieve admission targets
- Strong experience in lead generation, follow up, objection handling, and sales closing
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Malayalam is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required
