You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and maintain the stability of our EDI systems
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management:
- Monitor and respond to EDI-related incidents promptly to minimize downtime
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within Axway systems, ensuring root cause analysis is performed and documented
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution
- Change Management:
- Implement EDI configuration changes, partner setups following established change control processes
