Responsibilities
- Key finance business partner who supports the annual budgeting process, monthly financial and key metric reporting, and variance analysis
- Assist with management reporting for executives, operations, and corporate; prepare supporting presentations for executives and board of director reporting
- Summarize key metrics into easily understood formats that give decision makers a clear understanding of the financial/key metrics impact to the business, including building visuals/reporting in Microsoft Power BI
- Collaborate with members of Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Hyperion and Operations teams for process improvements and delivering appropriate analyses, reports and solutions for management reporting
- Communicate financials to non financial business partners
- Provide insight and analysis on complex financial and operational metrics
- Constantly look for process efficiencies and improvements to ease reporting and provide business partners accurate, quality and timely financial reporting
- Document reporting processes, reporting and define key metrics
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Chief Financial Officer and/or others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Background in statistics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Adept at working within a team environment
- Master's degree preferred in Economics or related field

Role Overview
- In the role of Economist, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in Economics or related field
