Role Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Ecommerce Manager based on-site at our Sharjah location.
In this role, you will oversee and optimize all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website performance, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for analyzing online sales data, improving customer engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
The Ecommerce Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic online initiatives and sales performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring website performance, analyzing data trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficient communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in sales strategies and e-commerce operations, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial or similar role within e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
