About the Role

Responsibilities
- Upload and review product listings on web and mobile app, ensuring categorization, images, pricing, and promotional offers are accurate
- Write clear, SEO friendly product descriptions and on site copy
- Own the quality of catalogue content in terms of accuracy and completeness, flagging and resolving site QA issues
- Create virtual/composite images for products for use across the e commerce platform
- Design and build eye catching banners and landing pages for mobile app and website
- Add and update on site content including images, descriptions, and pricing across stores
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content updates
- Provide regular reporting on catalogue and site activity to internal teams and stakeholders
- Support special projects beyond core e commerce tasks as needed
- Work independently to manage multiple websites and the mobile app across GCC markets, prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in e commerce, web management, or digital merchandising
- Working knowledge of Magento 2 (or similar e commerce platforms) for catalogue and content management
- Strong hands on skills in HTML and CSS, with the ability to build banners and landing pages from scratch
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating virtual/product imagery for online platforms
- Working understanding of SEO best practices for product and content copy
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic site display or content issues
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently
- Strong understanding of e commerce operations and online merchandising best practices

Job Overview
- We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about e commerce and m commerce, to take on the role of eCommerce Coordinator.
- The role covers product uploads, catalogue accuracy, and site UI/UX execution across web and app, with a strong focus on visual merchandising and basic front end development.

Compensation
