What We're Looking For

  • Deliver engaging, play based, and child led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
  • Create a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love of learning.
  • Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
  • Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high quality learning environment.
  • Support the holistic well being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
  • Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Be a fluent English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
