- On behalf of our client, a local financial institution in Doha, Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the C-level executive.
- The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a large organisation
- Experience working with international firm
- Strong background supporting C-level executives (direct Assistant to C-suite)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with various IT systems
- High attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills (essential)
- This is a senior role with a lot of responsibility – the right candidate will be polished, well-spoken, dynamic and experienced working in international organization.
