Role Overview
Support the management of engineering operations at Rosewood Abu Dhabi through administration, inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning.
Report to the Director of Engineering and work with engineering associates, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
Engineering Team
The Engineering team maintains hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure so they operate efficiently and safely.
The team supports guest and associate experiences through proactive maintenance, planning, and vendor partnerships.
Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, receiving, and inventory control for engineering supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor vendor relationships, purchase orders, service agreements, and deliveries.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and track engineering work orders for timely completion.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, reports, and departmental files.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, accruals, and administrative processes.
- Supervise daily engineering assignments and support operational and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement, or hotel operations.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with inventory management systems, reports, and administrative processes.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and computerized management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to operational excellence in hospitality.
