Provide cashier and customer assistance in a retail environment.
Support accurate transactions, cash control, inventory activities, and a positive shopping experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome customers and address inquiries about products, promotions, and services.
- Process sales through POS systems using cash, cards, and other payment methods.
- Balance cash registers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change under company policies.
- Prepare cash memos and verify transaction amounts.
- Assist with inventory, shelf restocking, and stock checks.
- Follow cash-handling, security, and safety procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, presentable, and well stocked.
- Uphold ISO requirements and the company code of conduct.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 3,000 per month.
- The description also lists pay of AED 3,000–AED 3,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Ability to reconcile cash registers and resolve discrepancies.
