E-Commerce Talent Curator ( Tamheer program )

Salla is seeking an E-Commerce Talent Curator to support our Tamheer program.

This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing promising talent in the e-commerce sector to ensure a strong pipeline of capable professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and talent development.

Source and identify promising candidates for the Tamheer program with potential in e-commerce roles.

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, mentors, and partners to support talent growth.

Coordinate training, workshops, and development initiatives tailored to e-commerce skills.

Monitor progress and performance of participants, providing guidance and feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align talent development with industry needs.

Assist in designing curriculum and learning paths to enhance participant skills and employability.
