Role Overview

Support seamless connectivity between Salla and its partners through scalable integration solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations and help clients improve business efficiency.

Apply deep API knowledge, problem-solving skills, and integration best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations between the ecommerce SaaS platform and ERP, CRM, payment, and other third-party systems.
Design, maintain, test, secure, version, and optimize APIs and integration workflows.
Provide client and internal technical support, documentation, collaboration, and mentoring.
Evaluate emerging ecommerce integration technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of Integration Engineer experience, preferably in ecommerce or SaaS.
Strong API design, web service, authentication, API security, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with ecommerce platform APIs and familiarity with third-party payment and shipping APIs.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
