Role Overview
Manage the presentation, organization, and quality of products across the e-commerce platform.
Supervise digital merchandising activities and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Inventory, and Technical teams.
Support a high-quality online shopping experience through accurate product information and consistent merchandising.
Merchandising Operations
- Manage product organization and presentation across the e-commerce platform.
- Review product pages for accurate images, descriptions, categories, and product information.
- Set priorities for featured products, collections, banners, and promotional products.
- Monitor missing information, images, incorrect categories, and other product-related issues.
Team Leadership
- Assign daily tasks to Digital Merchandising Associates and monitor completion and quality.
- Train and guide team members on merchandising standards, processes, and tools.
- Monitor team adherence to daily tasks and deadlines.
