Role Overview
Create content that turns products, makers, and real moments into engaging visual stories.
The role focuses on heritage education, makers, products, behind-the-scenes content, and community storytelling.
What You Will Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Stories, paid ads, and other digital channels.
- Create product videos highlighting materials, craftsmanship, details, and use.
- Film artisans, sellers, fashion designers, workshops, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce campaign videos for seller acquisition, product promotion, brand awareness, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards with marketing.
- Edit pacing, captions, transitions, sound, music, color, and basic motion graphics.
- Create organic and paid versions of the same creative.
- Shoot product photography and lifestyle content when required.
- Adapt content for 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats.
- Maintain an organized library of footage, product shots, seller content, and final exports.
- Review performance and improve creative using views, watch time, engagement, leads, and conversions.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in videography, content creation, or social media video production.
