The Role
The E-Commerce Executive will manage and support daily e-commerce activities across online stores and marketplace platforms.
The role covers product information, listings, orders, inventory updates, promotions, platform administration, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online store operations and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and availability.
- Coordinate product uploads, categorization, online merchandising, inventory information, and marketplace updates.
- Review orders, track fulfillment status and stock availability, and coordinate with internal processing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate product, order, inventory, and marketplace records and monitor for missing or inconsistent information.
- Support promotions, campaigns, discounts, product updates, and organization of digital product assets and documents.
- Update spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and e-commerce systems and prepare routine performance and operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve store processes, product presentation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant e-commerce or marketplace experience is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with product listings, online store platforms, product information, and basic order workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment; prior remote or project-based experience is advantageous.
Work Arrangement
- The opportunity is fully remote within the UAE.
- The position is part-time with flexible hours and scheduling.
