This position is part of Nokia’s Network Infrastructure division within the Global Optics Technical Expertise Center (GOTEC).
The role focuses on providing 24x7 global remote technical expertise and advanced product support for DWDM/WDM platforms.
The TEC Engineer plays a key role in troubleshooting complex optical network issues, leading product anomaly resolution, and working closely with R&D to ensure high‐quality customer support and product stability.
