- Assist Guest Experience Manager in administering front office operations daily.
- Proactive lobby management and consistent approach to exceptional guest experience.
- Champion individuality of colleagues and foster a caring work environment.
- Frequent liaison with all departments for seamless guest experience.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in hotel operations.
- Ideally worked within a boutique or lifestyle hotel.
- A true maestro of hospitality who can orchestrate unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to anticipate needs and transform challenges into opportunities.
