Role Overview
Support skilled ductmen and HVAC technicians with HVAC ductwork installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair.
Handle materials, prepare tools, support installation activities, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC ductwork installation and assembly.
- Carry, position, and secure ducting materials and components.
- Assist with cutting, drilling, sealing, fastening, and fitting ductwork.
- Help install duct supports, hangers, insulation, and related accessories.
- Prepare and organize required tools, equipment, and materials.
- Load, unload, and safely store ducting materials.
- Maintain worksite cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Follow instructions from ductmen, supervisors, engineers, and site managers.
- Follow company and site safety rules and procedures.
- Care for tools and equipment and report unsafe conditions or damaged materials.
- Help the team complete ducting work within the required schedule.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC ducting or construction experience is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of construction or HVAC site activities.
- Physical fitness for manual work.
- Willingness to work at heights and in different site conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
