- Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time
- Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy
- Collect cash payments and process transactions when required
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers
- Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic regulations
- Keep the delivery motorcycle clean and in good condition
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately
- Assist with packing and organizing orders during slow periods
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff regarding delivery status
- Ensure food quality and temperature are maintained during transport
- Handle customer inquiries and delivery related concerns professionally
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid motorcycle driving license

- Ability to use GPS and delivery applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage
