- Refill supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, Waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- English communication skills required

Job Summary
