About the Role

- Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in station classes and drive alongs
- Create Learning App users and assign Day 0 Onboarding training
- Partner with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate training activities
- Conduct DA coaching sessions and participate in DA standups
- Support with translation of training material
- Provide timely reporting on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance
- Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards
- Conduct ride along audits with DAs
- Travel to multiple sites
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Valid and active driver's license (preferred)

Description
- This position requires in role training at an operating site.
- Amazon is seeking self motivated Driver Trainers to help build a network of customer centric Delivery Associates.
- As a Driver Trainer, you have a passion for mentoring others and believe in hands on training.
Key job responsibilities
- Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in station classes and drive alongs.
- Create Learning App users and assign Day 0 Onboarding training.
- Follow up on Day 1 training assignments.
- Partner with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate training activities.
- Conduct DA coaching sessions.
- Participate in DA standups.
- Have detailed understanding of processes for all driver programs.
- Support with translation of training material.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance.
- Execute to standard ensuring safety, quality, and legal procedures.
- Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards.
- Track and monitor performance including on road ride behinds.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid and active driver's license.
