Position Summary
Transport hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.
Support guest service while operating and maintaining property vehicles.
Vehicle Operations
- Document each trip before it begins and after it concludes.
- Park the property vehicle in its designated location when not in use.
- Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
- Check tire pressure and fluid levels and refuel vehicles as necessary.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
- Document vehicle incidents and provide reports to a manager or supervisor.
Guest Service and Communication
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs and assist individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees using electronic devices such as pagers, two-way radios, and email.
- Develop positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance expectations.
Safety and Work Conditions
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
