- Plan and assign daily driver routes based on current delivery schedules and vehicle availability
- Make real time updates to routes and assignments to address delays, changes in orders, or vehicle related issues
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, or kitchen teams to confirm orders are ready for delivery
- Provide drivers with clear instructions and route details
- Track ongoing deliveries to ensure they stay on schedule and proactively resolve any problems
- Monitor driver check ins, route progress, and delivery completions
- Keep accurate records of insurance, licenses, inspections, and vehicle documentation
- Act as the point of contact between corporate office and teams
- Share operational updates with relevant departments in a timely manner
- Work alongside procurement and logistics departments to coordinate supply deliveries
- Maintain service logs and records for all vehicles in the fleet
- Document driver work schedules, completed deliveries, and any incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of hands on experience in transport logistics or fleet coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Office software
- Clear communication skills with a proactive approach to solving problems
- Familiar with UAE traffic laws and regulatory standards
