- Provide drivers with clear instructions and route details
- Track ongoing deliveries to ensure schedule adherence and proactively resolve issues
- Monitor driver check ins, route progress, and delivery completions
- Keep accurate records of insurance, licenses, inspections, and vehicle documentation
- Act as point of contact between corporate office and teams
- Share operational updates with relevant departments
- Work alongside procurement and logistics departments to coordinate supply deliveries
- Maintain service logs and records for all vehicles in the fleet
- Document driver work schedules, completed deliveries, and any incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2 4 years of hands on experience in transport logistics or fleet coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Office
- Clear communication skills with proactive problem solving approach
- Familiar with UAE traffic laws and regulatory standards
