Job Overview
- Responsible for providing transport with company vehicles of people, goods and materials as assigned by Branch Manager
- Carry out responsibilities in a reliable and professional manner adhering to organizational policies and standards
- Commitment to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) / Environment Safety and Health, incident reporting and risk management
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
- Transports clinics/office staff, patients & guests from and to the identified location
- Dispatch documents safely to destinations assigned by supervisor
- Transport equipment or other goods between different branches of CosmeSurge
- Maintains defensive driving and responsible for regular maintenance of the vehicle
- Updates supervisor on wear and tear of vehicle parts
- Maintain mileage and dispatch registers
- Keeps assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
- Maintains accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports
- Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required; Fuels the assigned vehicle(s)
- Performing daily pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections, ensuring periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
- Maintains confidentiality of all clinic’s related activities
