Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily dredging operations
- Ensure project execution is safe, efficient, and on schedule
- Coordinate dredgers, support vessels, barges, and marine crews
- Monitor production, hydrographic survey progress, and project performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and Marine Authorities
- Optimize equipment utilization and operational productivity
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of dredging experience
- At least 5 years as a Dredging Superintendent
- Experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD), Backhoe Dredgers, pipelines, booster stations, and marine support vessels
- Strong background in port development, land reclamation, navigation channel dredging, and coastal protection projects
- GCC or international dredging project experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Job Overview

Requirements

- At least 5 years as a Dredging Superintendent.
- Experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD), Backhoe Dredgers, pipelines, booster stations, and marine support vessels.
