About the Role

- Lead end to end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions
- Manage contract negotiations and oversee high value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery
- Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data driven strategies to improve commercial performance
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives
- Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis
- Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Masters with LLB or any Law based educational background
- 5–7 years of total experience and at least 3+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles
- Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors
- Currently based in Qatar and able to join on short notice

Qualifications & Experience

Compensation
- Pay: QAR10,000 QAR15,000 per month
