Bachelor’s degree or higher-level qualification in engineering in a relevant subject.
Educational qualification obtained from North America, Western Europe, or Australia.
Minimum 30 years of total work experience, including at least 10 years in the wastewater industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an operations and maintenance organization.
Experience performing similar tasks and demonstrating the required technical competencies.
Experience in a multidisciplinary organization, preferably in the Middle East.
Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management or a similar body is preferred.
Chartered membership in a relevant discipline such as engineering is advantageous.

Knowledge and experience in the wastewater industry.
In-depth knowledge of operations and maintenance, project management, contract management, or financial management.
Knowledge of health and safety, quality assurance, and control procedures.

Advise, support, and help manage the drainage organization’s vision, mission, values, and strategic direction.
Interpret and communicate laws, rules, and regulations affecting the drainage business.
Maintain professional conduct, ethics, and integrity during execution of responsibilities.
Provide expert technical, strategic, and financial business advice on drainage operations and maintenance in Qatar.
Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Drainage Asset Management System, Enterprise Asset Management System, and other organizational processes.
Identify and discontinue redundant or duplicated systems and processes.
