Position Summary
The Doorman welcomes guests and supports arrivals, departures, luggage handling, property information, and transportation services.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Guest and Property Services
- Greet and escort guests, open doors, and assist guests and visitors entering or leaving the property.
- Explain amenities, services, operating hours, local attractions, and room features.
- Transport, store, and retrieve luggage and assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Provide directions, arrange transportation, record advance requests, and explain parking procedures.
Service Standards and Physical Duties
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and maintain awareness of undesirable persons on the property.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
- Maintain clean and professional appearance, confidentiality, quality standards, and positive working relationships.
- Stand, walk, run, navigate uneven or slippery surfaces, use stairs or ramps, and handle luggage within the stated weight limits.
