- Enhance Guest Experience through attentive assistance
- Extend special courtesies to VIP Guests
- Uphold highest standards of grooming and conduct
- Take ownership of the Entrance to Playa Pacha
- Efficiently execute Guest List and Ticket Verification procedures
- Employ strategic Crowd Management Techniques
- Maintain constant vigilance over the Entrance Area
- Collaborate closely with the Security Team
Requirements
- Proven track record of 2 3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role

Compensation
