Pharmacist – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions and applicable regulations.
- Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, contraindications, and potential medication-related concerns.
- Provide appropriate medication counseling and instructions to patients.
- Maintain proper medication storage, stock levels, expiry monitoring, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi requirements and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation, registers, and records.
- Support medication safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Coordinate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Pharmacist License or DOH Eligibility is required.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist is preferred.
- Good knowledge of medication safety and pharmacy practices.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to maintain accurate documentation.
- Able to join within a reasonable notice period.
