General Practitioner (GP) – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our medical center in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical consultations, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
- Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions within the GP scope of practice.
- Request and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education and preventive health advice.
- Identify cases requiring specialist care and arrange appropriate referrals.
- Provide follow-up and continuity of care.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality of care, and patient experience.
- Comply with DOH requirements and clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility as a General Practitioner.
- Relevant clinical experience as a GP.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
