- Manage the creation, review, distribution, and archiving of documents such as reports, specifications, contracts, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate version control of documents to ensure stakeholders access the most up to date information
- Establish efficient systems for document retrieval and ensure documents are readily accessible to authorized personnel
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents
- Ensure document management processes comply with relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Provide training and support to staff on document management processes and software systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate document related processes and workflows
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents by implementing appropriate access controls and security measures
- Conduct regular audits of document management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve document management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- WSP is a renowned consultancy in the construction industry, specializing in site supervision for road, tunnel, highway, and bridge projects.
- We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, review, distribution, and archiving of documents such as reports, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate version control of documents to ensure that stakeholders are accessing the most up to date information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
- Proven experience in document control or records management role.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to document management (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
- Certification in document management (e.g., Certified Document Controller) is desirable.
- Saudi national.
