- Coordinate and safekeep all department documentation
- Conduct file validation exercises and exercise proper document control
- Ensure activities are performed in line with agreed quality standards
- Follow client operating procedures on submission and retention of documents
- Ensure documents have no errors in filenames, submissions before submission
- Prepare documents and communicate with employees for timely submission
- Open and sort mail in a timely manner
- Scan, batch/code documents correctly with header sheets
- Utilize documentation software to track incoming and outgoing documents
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge with contract and procurement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite
- Sound working knowledge in Aconex platform
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Document Controller to ensure documents received and issued are properly handled, filed, and archived.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and safekeep all department documentation.
- Conduct file validation exercises and exercise proper document control.
- Ensure required activities are performed in line with agreed quality standards.
- Follow client operating procedures on submission and retention of documents.
- Ensure documents have no errors in filenames, submissions before submission.
- Conduct pre preparations of documents and communicate with employees for timely submission.
- Open and sort mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Scan, batch/code documents correctly with header sheets.
- Utilize documentation software to track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge with contract and procurement.
- Experience in KSA or GCC preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite.
- Sound working knowledge in Aconex platform.
