Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Document Controller.
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing project documentation, organizing and maintaining records, ensuring compliance with documentation policies, tracking document versions, and supporting project teams with accurate and timely document delivery.
The role involves ensuring effective communication and adherence to standards in document management across all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Document Management, Project Documentation, and Records Management systems
- Strong skills in Documentation and handling the organization of project data
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction industry documentation and processes is a plus
- Familiarity with document control software is advantageous
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or
