Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in Jeddah.
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and construction safety standards, monitoring budgets, and maintaining quality throughout the construction process.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead teams and resolve site challenges
- Proficiency in budgeting and project financial management
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
- Experience in construction project oversight and applying project control techniques
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in construction management is highly desirable
