- Support manager in ensuring products comply with local and international food safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in Qatar
- Arabic speaker

Overview
- Leading food industry company in Doha is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Document Controller for R&D Department.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in Qatar required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Development: Assist in preparing initial product samples, conduct product trials, collect and document trial results.
- Recipe and Documentation Management: Organize and store product recipes, update product lists, assist in preparing documentation for product registration.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Communicate with departments such as production, sales, and quality control; follow up on raw material requests.
- Cost Management Support: Assist in calculating costs for new products, gather pricing data from suppliers, prepare preliminary cost reports.
- Quality and Packaging Oversight: Participate in reviewing packaging quality, assist in inspecting incoming raw materials.
- Research and Innovation: Conduct preliminary research on new ingredients or technologies, support manager in gathering information from industry events.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing periodic reports on development plans, sales performance, costs, or pricing.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, record minutes, follow up on daily tasks, assist in training chefs or store staff.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support manager in ensuring products comply with local and international food safety and packaging regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in Qatar.
- Arabic speaker required.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Doha.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR 4,000 5,000 per month.
- Job Type: Full time.
