- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer customer questions about products, services, or company policies
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person
- Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs
- Ensure proper follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
- Maintain and update stock records and inventory systems
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Keep the work area organized and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Arabic speaking female candidate
- Valid QID with transferable sponsorship
- Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or similar role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory or stock management
- Food Handler Certificate is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
