About the Role

Responsibilities
- Communicate all documentation related changes to relevant document controller for action and update in systems
- Coordinate with document controller about all areas that will require update for example inventory for drawing upload in material master, AVEVA in case of change in equipment data or PID related information
- Record all changes and follow up till closure in line with RIK status follow up
- Keep a record in hard copy for each RIK case
- Receive signed submitted forms from Job pilots for RIK close out form completed and for filing and record and record overall time taken from start to closure
- Call for follow up meetings as required to ensure actions are taken timely and completed within stipulated time frame
- Generate statistics and progress visually to ensure finding root cause and resolving issues in recurrent meetings
- Coordinate with ESD DCC team as required
- Maintain the RIK folder data intact and in good shape and with required quality level
Requirements
- 3 Year Diploma in an Engineering discipline
- 5 years hands on document control experience in the Oil & Gas industry on major project implementation with an EPIC Contractor
- Demonstrate awareness of international oil & gas and petrochemical industry codes and standards
- Experience using the latest Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint
- Ability to communicate fluently in English language
- Computer literate and experience in use of MS Office, EDMS SharePoint
- Familiar with SAP / CMMS software application

Basic qualification & experience
- 3 Year Diploma in an Engineering discipline.

Language and Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English language.
- Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, technical manuals, and engineering drawings, PIDs etc.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in liaison with contractor.
- Positive attitudes and strong personality.
Computer Skills
- Computer literate and experience in use of MS office, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) SharePoint.
- Familiar with SAP / CMMS software application.
