Overview
- Manage and control MEP project documents including drawings, submittals, method statements, material approvals, RFIs, and correspondence
- Maintain document registers, transmittals, and revision control
- Ensure timely submission, tracking, and retrieval of documents
- Coordinate with engineering, site, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teams
- Upload, download, and manage documents on EDMS / Aconex / Procore / client portals
- Track consultant/client approvals, comments, and resubmissions
- Maintain as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and close-out documents
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and project requirements
- Support handover documentation at project completion
- Maintain confidentiality and document security at all times
