About the Opportunity As the Document Controller for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you’ll be responsible for the management, submission and control of project documentation. The Document Controller will be accountable for correspondence transmittals and data retained within the document management tools, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with the document control procedure and industry standards; including maintaining efficient document management processes, workflows, metadata and version control. What’s Involved Daily support with the management and control of project documentation Document version and change controls Document quality checks and validation Document delivery schedules Update and maintain project correspondence register You’ll Need 2+ years experience in document control or records management Proficiency in electronic document management systems and metadata accuracy Mastery of Microsoft Word advanced functions, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in document formatting, transmittal management, master document register management, and document control reporting Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance Why Join Us?
