Overview
- Manage and maintain a centralized document control system, ensuring all project documentation is accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible for fit-out projects.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures, including version control, distribution, and retrieval, to maintain document integrity and compliance.
- Receive, log, and distribute all project-related documents, such as drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring timely dissemination to relevant parties.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards, flagging any discrepancies or issues for resolution before fit-out works.
