Requirements

• At least four years of Document Controller experience in the Dubai/UAE construction industry is mandatory.
• Applicants must have construction project documentation experience.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, technical documents, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and correspondence is required.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF or document management tools, is required.
• EDMS or document control systems experience is advantageous.
• Strong organization, time management, accuracy, communication, and coordination skills are required.
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents and records, including receipt, registration, distribution, tracking, revision, and archiving.
