Job Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The position is located in Dubai, UAE.
• Work is performed in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies at construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and address unsafe practices.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness training.
• Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, risk assessments, and related documentation.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site management and workers to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor PPE use, support emergency preparedness, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Mandatory Requirements

• The role header states a minimum of 4 years of HSE experience in a construction company in Dubai or the UAE.
• The mandatory requirements state a minimum of 3 years of HSE or safety experience in a construction company in Dubai or the UAE.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• IOSH certification is mandatory.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and UAE HSE requirements is required.
• Good communication and reporting skills are required.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,800 to AED 3,500 per month.
